The paper work you receive from the Life Company will disclose to you how much commission will be paid to Life Policies Direct for arranging your policy.

Occasionally you may come across a web site that will charge a set fee rather than work off commission. You will be usually required to pay the fee up front and the fee will attract 17.5% VAT (VAT does not apply to commission so a commission basis avoids you having to pay this tax.)
